Rex is a senior consultant responsible for providing strategic change leadership to his clients, with a focus on aligning whole systems to ensure sustainable results. With more than 16 years of experience, Rex helps organizations articulate their futures, tackle tough business issues and develop plans that support and sustain execution. Rex’s approach is built on a foundation of honest open dialogue with a willingness to address tough topics both on personal and organizational levels. Being a trusted advisor that delivers results is Rex’s goal.
Rex’s recent engagements include supporting large scale organizational change, developing and implementing targeted business and cultural strategies, and building ownership and integration across stakeholder groups. Leadership effectiveness is at the heart of many organizational issues. Rex helps move leaders to greater effectiveness through one-on-one coaching, action learning programs and the practical knowledge that comes with having sat in that chair.
Previous Experience
Prior to Seabury, Rex held director-level positions with AgriBank FCB. He also worked with Northwest Airlines
and held line-level leadership roles. Rex has extensive expertise in developing and implementing practical
approaches to identifying and addressing individual and organizational issues.
