Josh rejoined Seabury in 2008.  He has extensive expertise integrating business processes and Human Resources to produce exceptional results. For the last 10 years he has worked in a variety of human capital fields, including multinational financial turnarounds, merger and acquisition integration, restructurings and bankruptcy.   He has worked as an executive in airport retail and his management consulting experience includes work a wide variety of privately held and publicly traded organizations in industry sectors including transportation, financial services, gaming, and retail. 

Prior to joining the Seabury Group,. Josh worked for CBR Incorporated which was sold in November of 2007.  As a key member of the executive team, he managed the sale of the business to a competitor and remained with Autogrill (the buyer) for 18 months as a consultant integrating systems and HR.

Prior to that Josh worked at Organizational Concepts International and was staffed in Europe.  He provided labor support, financial analysis, and cost modeling in the UK, Germany, Spain, and Switzerland. His work included gathering and researching company and industry data and performing financial and comparative analysis for restructuring.

Josh left OCI to finished his MBA in International Business at the Stockholm School of Economics and the Melbourne School of Business.
