Craig Segor joined the Seabury Group in January 2004 from TACA International Airlines, a major Central American airline. In his role as Project Manager in TACA’s Strategic Development Group, Mr. Segor led the company-wide team responsible for re-negotiating the passenger, planning and operations systems contracts, resulting in dramatic savings and productivity improvements for the airline. Previously, Mr. Segor also worked with TACA in his capacity as a Senior Associate Consultant with a US-based top tier management consultancy, primarily responsible for the successful re-negotiation of outsourcing contracts.
Since joining Seabury, Mr. Segor has worked on projects including: contracts optimization; merger synergy evaluation; expendables consignment; component supply chain optimization; maintenance restructuring; engine and component maintenance agreement negotiations; fleet change alignment; growth and aftermarket strategy; business turnaround; cost transformation; M&A screening; investment due diligence; forecasting; business planning; and capital raise. Current and past clients include Airlines in North America, South America, Europe, Asia and Australia; MROs and Aerospace Manufacturers in North America and Europe; and global Private Equity Investors.
With experience spanning several industries and a variety of roles, Mr. Segor brings clients an in-depth knowledge of business analysis and modeling, growth and acquisition strategy, contract negotiation and process improvement, and effective implementation, to ultimately create and enhance value.
Mr. Segor has a B.S. in Engineering (Mechanical) from the University of the Witwatersrand, Johannesburg, South Africa.
