Dr. Jesko Neuenburg is a Senior Vice President is Seabury’s London office. He joined Seabury Group in January 2008. His consulting experience includes a focus on strategy, business planning, revenue enhancement and operational improvement and Dr. Neuenburg has developed a broad understanding of the competitive dynamics and macroeconomic factors influencing the aviation business.

Dr. Neuenburg has worked with a range of global carriers and MROs on business planning, fleet and network strategy, revenue forecasting, cost benchmarking and cost reduction as well as operational efficiency improvement. His aviation experience spreads across four continents having worked on optimizing the network of a major Latin American carrier, reviewing the long-term strategy of a leading Asian carrier, implementing a highly successful cost reduction program for a leading Australian carrier and reviewing business plans as well as developing turnaround plans for a number of smaller European carriers.

Prior to joining Seabury, Dr. Neuenburg was a consultant with Bain & Company working for clients in the automotive, logistics, industrial goods, telecom & private equity sectors in the U.S. and Europe.

Dr. Neuenburg completed a doctorate degree in Entrepreneurship from Aachen University (RWTH), holds an MBA from Leipzig Graduate School of Management (HHL) and a B.Sc. in Business Administration from the University of Tubingen in Germany.
