Tej Mehta has been in the aviation and aerospace industry for over 12 years. He joined Seabury in January 2008, and has since worked with several clients around the world, including several major airlines, Tier 1 aerospace companies, major MROs and prominent financial institutions.

He has advised clients on several key business issues including strategy development, business planning, post merger integration, full operational turnarounds, due diligence screenings, market forecasting, and contracts benchmarking.

As a management consultant, Mr. Mehta combines critical thinking, analytical rigor and solid execution to provide exceptional value to Seabury’s clients.d times.

Prior to joining Seabury, Mr. Mehta was a Program Manager at Thales Avionics, Inc. where he successfully executed three large programs worth over $200M. He was also instrumental in running several operations cost reduction initiatives in addition to managing relationships with clients in India for long-term business development.

Mr. Mehta has also held several team leadership positions in Engineering Operations while working at Jet Airways, India where he also worked as a Licensed Aircraft Maintenance Engineer. While there, Mr. Mehta was responsible for implementation of supply chain management initiatives, operational improvements as well as reduction of  aircraft turnaround times.

Mr. Mehta has completed his M.B.A from University of Southern California, Marshall School of Business in 2006. He also holds a Bachelor of Engineering degree from the Aeronautical Society of India, New Delhi.
