- Assisted a major South American airline with the development of a revised business plan to support a comprehensive corporate restructuring.
- Worked with a major African airline to develop a business plan incorporating significant revenue enhancement and cost reduction initiatives as part of a financial restructuring.
Business Plan Development & Strategic Planning
- Developed a comprehensive business plan, including a proposed route network, fleet composition, financial projections and capital requirements for a proposed start-up narrowbody carrier in the Middle East.
- Developed a business plan proposal, including route network and fleet alternatives, with supporting financial projections, for several variations of a proposed new trans-Atlantic carrier.
- Evaluated potential merger synergies between various combinations of U.S. airlines on behalf of airline and investor clients.
