Organizational Concepts International – Labor and Executive Compensation/ Search Firm – Joins Seabury Group
NEW YORK, April 14, 2008 – Seabury Group today announced that the human capital firm Organizational Concepts International (OCI) has become part of the Seabury Group. The addition of OCI will allow the Seabury Group to capitalize on OCI’s expertise in compensation consulting, workforce analytics and executive search practices for the benefit of Seabury clients, particularly in aviation and aerospace. Established in 1996, Minneapolis-based OCI is a 30-person professional organization with extensive client base in the industries of aviation, financial services, and manufacturing.
The new company, Seabury/OCI Advisors, LLC, will continue to be headed by Marty Kuehne, President & CEO and John Kuehne, EVP & COO. Seabury/OCI will continue to operate from its Minneapolis headquarters, but will expand its presence globally to match Seabury’s global office expansion.

OCI’s aviation and aviation-related clients include Northwest Airlines,
US Airways, Alaska Airlines, Air Canada, Omni International, Compass Airlines,
Mesaba Airlines and Gate Gourmet.
