Seabury takes a rigorous analytical approach to all projects to help our clients make sound business decisions in the challenging aviation industry. As an Associate, you will play a leading role on projects. The role is equivalent to “Case Team Leader” or “Project Leader” at other consulting firms. This includes structuring and planning the work, performing your own analysis, managing the analysis and output of junior team members, and developing recommendations, to presenting findings at the senior client level and pushing through required changes in the client’s organization. Your interactions with clients will be significant and you will work directly with partners and experts in the firm. You should be comfortable forming strong advisory relationships at senior levels in the client’s organization, and must be able to leverage client relationships to achieve desired changes or outcomes. You will be given training, and through mentorship and ongoing, informal training, will develop a strong consulting tool kit. As your performance and experience develop, you will be given the opportunity to take on additional responsibilities and demonstrate leadership in a meritocratic environment. Travel is highly likely across the globe.
The consulting group is a close knit team committed to having fun while delivering high impact results for our clients. At Seabury you will be part of a dynamic team, comprised of high-powered and talented individuals, who have a blend of airline industry and top-tier strategy consulting experience. Compensation is highly competitive with leading strategy consulting firms.
