Talent Acquisition Manager, Global Human Resources

New York, NY - March, 2012

Reporting Relationship:
Reports to: Global Human Resources Director

Principle Areas of Responsibility and Accountability:

  • Manage full life recruiting cycle globally: resume sourcing, phone screening, job postings, offer letters, interview schedule, calibration meetings, etc.
  • Act as primary liaison with global stakeholders (regional leaders, business partners, Global HR Director, etc.) to identify talent gaps to support Seabury’s growth strategy
  • Lead recruiting execution for all practice areas: consulting, IB, Advisory, etc. and levels; fully own the recruiting process for Seabury
  • Develop and drive a recruiting strategy that focuses on high quality candidates. Establish a strong candidate pipeline and improve performance metrics
  • Act as a subject matter expert and be viewed as the go to person on all matters of recruiting, process, markets and competitive intelligence
  • Work closely with other members of the HR team to coordinate employment agreements, contracts, releases, inter-office transfers, LOA agreements as needed
  • Assist with HR Generalist functions such as reviewing compensation structures and benchmarking, performance management, inter-office transfers, etc.

Required Experience, Qualifications, and Skills:

  • Bachelor’s degree with increasing recruiting experience and expertise in the area of HR delivery
  • 5-7 years experience of direct recruiting work
  • Demonstrated proficient use of all Microsoft programs
  • Experience with global / international company with regional employee populations and working in a company, requiring a consistency and flexibility to meet customer needs
  • Proven analytical and problem solving skills
  • Successful experience working and thinking creatively in a fast paced, multidisciplinary environment with changing priorities and demanding deadlines; self-directed; agile and flexible; results oriented; and can-do attitude
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills; ability to develop rapport and strong working relationships with individuals at all levels and in all locations in a multi-disciplinary organization
  • Strong influencing skills and proven track record in working with various personalities
  • Excellent negotiating skills
  • Outstanding customer service orientation
