John E. Luth
Chairman, President & CEO
John Luth is the founding partner and chief executive of the Seabury Group and has senior account responsibility for corporate transformations, equity placements, corporate finance and M&A advisory engagements. At Seabury, Mr. Luth has led deal teams that have executed successful equity placements for clients in aviation, logistics, media and travel technology companies. Mr. Luth most recently led a highly successful $1.1 billion liquidity financing program for US Airways Group, Inc.

Henri Courpron
President Europe and Head of Aerospace
Henri Courpron joined Seabury Aviation & Aerospace as President of the Aerospace Division and Regional Head for Europe, the Middle East and Africa for Seabury’s broader transportation advisory practice in July 2007. Mr. Courpron’s was with Airbus Industrie for 20 years, where he was most recently Executive Vice President, Procurement at Airbus headquarters in Toulouse, France.

Michael B. Cox
Managing Director and Head of Corporate Advisory
Mike Cox joined the Seabury Group as a partner in April 1998. He has over 20 years of airline and aviation-related experience. At Seabury, Mr. Cox has advised numerous airline clients on a variety of projects, including airline treasury, corporate finance, and airline restructuring. Recent engagements have included leading the Seabury team in successfully restructuring the aircraft debt/lease restructuring efforts for the successful reorganization efforts at US Airways, Air Canada and Northwest Airlines.

Joseph Schottland
Managing Director and Head of Consulting
Joseph Schottland has been with Seabury since January 2004 and is currently the head of the company’s Management Consulting division. He has over 10 years experience in aviation consulting, spanning nearly all aspects of the industry. His particular expertise is in large-scale airline turnaround consulting projects, with a distinct focus on operations, infrastructure and supply chain optimization.

Christopher J. Chaput
Managing Director and Head of Structured Finance
Chris Chaput heads the firm's Structured Finance Group, which focuses on secured financings and off-balance sheet transactions (including leveraged leasing) involving aircraft, rail cars, real estate, ships and other assets. Most recently, Mr. Chaput was a senior member of the exclusive advisory team that represented US Airways in its successful merger with America West Airlines.

Martin J. Wills
Managing Director, Group CAO & CIO
Martin Wills joined Seabury Aviation & Aerospace in February 2004, with responsibility for marketing Seabury's services in Europe, the Middle East and Africa. He has more than 18 years of experience in Sales, Marketing, Financial and Risk Management. Before joining Seabury, Mr. Wills was Senior Vice President of debis AirFinance, in Amsterdam, The Netherlands, and was instrumental in developing this new aircraft leasing company which became the biggest in Europe and ranked number three in the world.

Randee E. Day
Managing Director and Head of Maritime
Randee Day is responsible for all activities related to the maritime industry. She joined the Seabury Group in June 2004 with more than 25 years of specialized international financial expertise in the marine and energy sectors, both in senior management positions with major commercial banks and as CEO of her own advisory firm. Ms. Day formed Day & Partners, Inc. in 1985 in association with private U.K. investors. The firm specialized in raising capital and debt restructurings for the maritime, energy and cruise industries.

Bijoy Mechery
Managing Director, Head of Solutions
Bijoy Mechery joined the Seabury Group in January 2002 as a Managing Director as well as Chief Executive Officer of Seabury’s IT software consulting and development firm, Seabury Solutions LLC. Seabury Solutions, which is now headquartered in Bangalore, India, provides comprehensive IT consulting services to Seabury’s aviation clients and private equity firms. Solutions also has developed what Seabury believes to be the most robust and comprehensive airlines enterprise assessment software (Seabury’s Airline Performance Analysis System, or “APAS”) for Delta Air Lines (2005-2006).

Scott C. Gibson
Managing Director
Scott Gibson joined Seabury Aviation & Aerospace in April 2002, and has more than 25 years of airline and aviation-related experience. The Seabury is an investment bank, financial advisory and management consulting firm focused on the transportation and travel related services industries. As part of airline management, Mr. Gibson's experience includes three financial restructurings and numerous strategic, operational and fleet replacement initiatives.

Kevin J. Degen
Managing Director
Kevin Degen joined the Seabury Group in April 2000, and has over 20 years of transportation investment banking experience. At Seabury, Mr. Degen has played a leading role in Seabury's largest capital raising transactions including arranging for Northwest Airlines $750 million exit equity financing and $1.225 billion of term debt financing. Mr. Degen was deeply involved in Northwest’s acquisition of Mesaba Airlines. He also played a key roles negotiating as M&A advisor the US Airways merger with America West Airlines.

James Higgins
Managing Director
Jim Higgins joined Seabury in July 2008, and has 20 years of experience as a buy- and sell-side equity analyst at several leading firms, including Solebury Research/Soleil Securities, Credit Suisse, Donaldson Lufkin & Jenrette, Brown Brothers Harriman and the Bank of New York, focusing primarily on the transportation and aerospace sectors.

Dr. Christopher J. Smith
Managing Director
Dr. Christopher Smith joined Seabury Group in July 2008 and has more than 30 years of experience in the air transport industry. He heads the firm’s Corporate Advisory office in London, which serves the financial community by providing due diligence and support for transactions in the airline, airport, and aviation-related business sectors, including ground handling. He also is responsible for Seabury’s airports advisory practice.

Henry W. Juan III
Managing Director
Mr. Juan was formerly Managing Director, Head of U.S. Debt Capital Markets, for Credit Lyonnais Securities (USA) Inc. where he was responsible for the origination and distribution of global private and public U.S. dollar-based debt and equity linked financings. Prior to joining Credit Lyonnais , Mr. Juan was an Associate Director and Head of Investment Grade Private Placements for Bear, Stearns & Co. Inc.
