Project Summary: Analyzed wage, benefits and work rules vs. comparator set to develop "ask" for labor negotiations. Performed review of Health Care offerings and designed new plan to streamline administration and greatly reduce costs. Developed costing models used to determine the impact of wage, benefits and work rule changes. Provided costing support during labor negotiation process using models developed. Provided bankruptcy and arbitration support.
