Project Summary: Provided wage, benefit and work rule analysis, financial modeling and negotiation support to multiple gaming properties during "pattern" bargaining process. Performed analysis of current wage, benefit and work rules for a non-union property compared to similar union properties to determine potential cost of recognizing a union.
