Seabury takes a rigorous analytical approach to all projects to help our clients make sound business decisions in the challenging aviation industry. As an Analyst, you will be a key member of our teams, where you will have responsibility for performing key areas of analysis. Your day to day activities could include researching, benchmarking, building financial models, analyzing client data or evaluating improvement initiatives. You will also compile your results, developing presentations to show findings internally or to the client. You will be given formal training, and through mentorship and ongoing, informal training, will develop a strong consulting tool kit. As your performance and experience develop, you will be given the opportunity to take on additional responsibilities in a meritocratic environment. Travel is highly likely across the globe.

- Track record of achievement in extracurricular and professional endeavors
- Exceptional analytical, quantitative and conceptual skills, preferably including Excel modeling
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Self-motivation and initiative to work independently, as well as part of a team
- Ability to work well under pressure to meet deadlines while still delivering a flawless product
- Willingness to travel internationally
