Job Description :

Take the lead role in a dynamic team, comprised of high-powered and talented individuals, who have a blend of airline industry and top-tier strategy consulting experience. Direct, manage and oversee client development efforts. Work with clients on a wide range of project work including strategy and operations improvement projects, across a number of functional areas within the aviation industry including operations performance improvement, marketing, cost reduction, supply chain enhancements, sourcing, organizational restructuring, and process/technology integration. Synthesize overall strategy from analytical work from a wide variety of solutions, selecting the most relevant tools/techniques to meet specific client requirements such as business case, pricing, or complex financial analysis. Participate in setting engagement objectives and scope. Develop work plans for components of engagements. Direct and coordinate activities between work streams and identify changes in scope. Design deliverable content to precisely reflect the engagement contract and client needs and strive to improve deliverable quality through verification and validation of results.

Requirements :

2 years of experience in the job offered or as Associate Consultant, Business Analyst, Management Associate and/or related occupations in the management consulting field. Any suitable combination of education, training or experience is acceptable.
