Tim Freestone is a Managing Director at Seabury Analytic LLC. Prior to Seabury, Mr. Freestone was a Managing Director at KPMG Peat Marwick and was responsible for directing that firm's financial advisory and analysis, valuation, and M&A advisory for the insurance industry. Prior to KPMG, Mr. Freestone served as a Partner at Mercer Management Consulting where he directed Shareholder Value Analysis Advisory across all industries.

Mr. Freestone has more than 12 years of experience at a senior consulting and advisory level dealing in the areas of shareholder value, corporate valuation, strategic analysis, and M&A advisory. Prior to his consulting activities, Mr. Freestone was the Director of Capital Markets for a leading insurance company and the President and CEO of a Prudential Insurance Financial subsidiary.

Mr. Freestone made significant contributions to the development of criteria that shaped the development of the asset-backed securities market for private and public placements.

Mr. Freestone holds a Bachelor of Science from the University of California, at Berkeley.
