Kristin Vaughan
Kristin Vaughan joined the Seabury Group in July 2001. She has 10 years of aviation experience in the areas of business and financial planning, financial restructurings and revenue management. Previously, Ms. Vaughan was Manager of Corporate Development for Continental Airlines, Inc., where she was responsible for the financial analysis and structuring of acquisitions, divestitures, and strategic investments in e-commerce companies. In this position, she played a key role in evaluating and structuring the spin-off of Continental Express. Prior to her role in Corporate Development, Ms. Vaughan was a member of Continental's Revenue Management team, focusing on US and Asia-Pacific routes. Ms. Vaughan received an M.B.A. from Thunderbird, The American Graduate
School of International Management, and is a graduate of Fairfield University
with a B.S. in Mathematics. |
