Ravi Kumar Kanagala joined the Seabury Group in 2002 as Principal and has more than 16 years of extensive information technology experience including project management & business process integration/improvement. Mr. Kanagala is responsible for managing the procurement & implementation of IT solutions, streamlining the IT Support activities and serves as lead technical architect for software solutions. Mr. Kanagala has been responsible for the architecture and implementation of Seabury's Airline Performance Analysis system for major U.S. airline customers. Prior to joining Seabury Group, Mr. Kanagala served as Manager, Information Systems with Cap Gemini Ernst & Young (CGEY) Critical Technologies practice. As Manager, Information Systems, Mr. Kanagala provided project management and technical expertise, including IT Assessment, database administration, critical technology support and defined/ensured adherence to quality standards. With his diverse software development & project management expertise, Mr. Kanagala played a key role in turning around & ensuring successful delivery of information technology projects for major clients, including the Revenue Accounting project for Continental Airlines. Prior to joining CGEY, Mr. Kanagala was employed in the Software Solutions Business of National Institute of Information Technology (NIIT), India and served as Project Leader for multiple projects. At NIIT, Mr. Kanagala was responsible for the design, development and implementation of custom enterprise-wide applications (Financial/HR/Sales/Materials Management, etc) for clients in varied industries (Manufacturing, Research, Mining, etc). He was also involved in auditing the Revenue Department's computerization project and led the team for delivery of an integrated system for the State Environmental agency, Andhra Pradesh Pollution Control Board. Mr. Kanagala received the NIIT's "Award for Excellence" in 1999. Mr. Kanagala's background also includes serving as Assistant Engineer with Andhra Pradesh State Electricity Board, where he was responsible for the improvement and implementation of the LT Consumer Billing & Accounting System. Mr. Kanagala holds a Bachelor of Technology in Electrical and Electronics Engineering from Jawaharlal Nehru Techological University, India, and an Advanced Diploma in Systems Management from NIIT, India. |
