Gregory Ethier joined the Seabury Group in March 1999. At Seabury, Mr. Ethier has participated in numerous M&A advisory assignments, financial restructuring assignments, and creditor assignments. Mr. Ethier has extensive financial modeling experience, particularly with respect to airline cost drives and operations assessments. Prior to joining the Seabury Group, Mr. Ethier was a Principal Consultant for the Financial Advisory Services practice of PricewaterhouseCoopers LLP, specializing in the aviation industry. Mr. Ethier has worked on many of the high-profile bankruptcy cases in the industry over the past several years, including Southern Air Transport, Pan American World Airways, Western Pacific, and KIWI International Airlines. Mr. Ethier has conducted due diligence reviews on aircraft portfolios that included an analysis of aircraft values, the credit quality of leases, and the presence of contingent liabilities. Additionally, Mr. Ethier has advised on other airline matters including cash preservation, strategic alternatives, business plan analyses, fleet substitution benefit, route profitability, merger and acquisition and overall operating cost structure. Mr. Ethier received his B.B.A. in Finance from the University of Iowa. Mr. Ethier is a NASD Registered Representative, and is Series 7 and 63 qualified. |
