Martin Wills joined the Seabury Group in February 2004, with responsibility for marketing Seabury's services in Europe, the Middle East and Africa. He has more than 18 years of experience in Sales, Marketing, Financial and Risk Management. Before joining Seabury, Mr. Wills was Senior Vice President of debis AirFinance, in Amsterdam, The Netherlands, and was instrumental in developing this new aircraft leasing company which became the biggest in Europe and ranked number three in the world. During his seven-year tenure with debis, he was responsible for portfolio contract management, workouts, negotiations, IT infrastructure, and project planning. Mr. Wills served as Group Commercial Director of Airclaims Group, London, from 1992-1996 and spearheaded the transformation of the company into one of the world's most comprehensive suppliers of digital aviation data now being used by parties such as the FAA, Boeing, Airbus and many other financial organizations. Before that, he was Sales Director of the International Bureau of Aviation, Ltd, in Gatwick, England, one of the biggest aircraft portfolio managers outside the financial community. He also spent three years at The Bank of England, London, as a Ministry of Defense Procurement and Project Management Officer. Mr. Wills joined British Caledonian Airways in 1983 as a Graduate Manager, gaining hands on experience in all aspects of airline business. Before the eventual acquisition by British Airways he had gained considerable knowledge and promotion in yield control and route management. During his term with the Royal Navy, Mr. Wills specialized in Air Traffic Control and Strategic Weapons Deployment. Mr. Wills also served extensively overseas, which included hot spots such as the Middle East and active service during the Falklands Campaign. Mr. Wills earned his Open University Business Management Degree and a B.S. in Electrical Engineering with honors. |
