Strategy and Full Potential

Delivered significant value improvement to a North American Aircraft, Crew, Maintenance, and Insurance Operator (ACMI) by developing an aircraft retirement program and a new fleet strategy.
Developed a long-term growth strategy for a large flight simulator manufacturer that included an assessment of potential expansion into adjacent industries.
Advised a large airline on revenue maximization for its frequent flyer program; a pricing review for rates at its airport lounges; and route planning and coordination with the airline’s low-cost counterpart.

Cost Reduction and Turnarounds

Currently advising a large carrier on a broad-based overall turnaround for its maintenance services.
Helped implement a complete turnaround of the maintenance operations of a large airline, including projects in heavy maintenance, line maintenance, components, inventory management and engines.
Advised a large North American airline with renegotiation of service rates with its maintenance partner.
